The festive season is here. Let’s take this time to appreciate everything we have in our lives. Celebrate the unrepeatable nature of the magic moments you are going to have with your loved ones. Give your brain a break from thinking and consuming. And head off into the new year with a fresh mind. In case your brain doesn't want you to do anything, use spontaneity.
Try living simpler next year. Avoid boredom, set goals as a direction, and enjoy the journey. Try being consistent. Don’t forget about your powerful mindset and values. Use your creativity smart. Remember to be mindful of your own happiness. Live in the moment and think about your death. Finally, remind yourself about the uniqueness of any experience and appreciate the life you have.
I’ve been writing That’s Philosophical for about 4 months. I liked every bit of it, from starting the research to hitting the publish button. Now it’s the time for me to follow this publication’s philosophy and take a short break for the holidays.
Thank you for reading That’s Philosophical, you guys are an amazing community of smart and thoughtful people who are united to uncover life’s most difficult questions.
Take this amazing time of the year to become closer with people, live in the present, and see how incredible life is. I hope you will spend this time not stressing about anything.
Thank you for being here, best wishes, and see you next year!
Greetings from Scotland and wishing you happy holidays. Ann xxxx
